Notice about the new billing period
Dear subscriber,
To provide a more consistent service, we have standardised the billing date for all subscribers to the 25th of each month . As part of this update:
- All future bills will be issued on the standard monthly schedule from 25.01.2026 .
- For this transition period only: because of the system transition, the total period of use from your last bill until 25 January (for example, 60, 45 or 50 days) will be included in one bill.
- Your bill details clearly show the dates covered and the number of days charged.
For example, for a VDSL subscriber whose billing period ends on 26 December:

Why are we making this change? We are making this change so you can track your bills on the same day each month and have a clearer schedule for your fixed-price guarantee in the new year.
